
Resort Policy and Information
Standard Inclusions
A stay at any of our island resorts is thoughtfully prepared to include the following:
- Scheduled roundtrip land and boat transfers from and to Lio Airport.
- Accommodation in an air-conditioned room
- In-resort meals including brewed coffee, tea, and fresh juices with your breakfast:
- Pangulasian: Daily breakfast at the Amianan Restaurant.
- Lagen: Daily breakfast at the Clubhouse Restaurant.
- Miniloc: Daily full board meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner excluding drinks)
- Standard resort guided activities and island-hopping tours
- Use of standard kayak, stand-up paddleboard, and snorkeling equipment
- Travel insurance for guests aged 7 to 75 years (50% policy limit coverage for guests aged 7 to 17 and 66 to 75)
Boat Transfer Schedules
Upon arrival at Lio Airport, guests will be welcomed by our airport representative for a short land transfer to our private El Nido Resorts Jetty Lounge located in Lio Beach. From here, guests will take their boat transfer to the island resort. We have four (4) regular boat shuttle schedules daily to and from Lio Jetty for guests’ arrival and departure.
- Lio Jetty to Resort – 0745H / 1230H / 1430H / 1730H
- Resort to Lio Jetty – 0500H / 0900H / 1300H / 1400H
Should guests wish to be transferred outside these schedules, we can arrange a private boat transfer for an additional cost. Please note that prior arrangements are required for private transfers.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM; Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested from the Front Office, subject to availability.
Incidental deposit
A deposit per room shall be required upon check-in to cover incidental charges. Kindly take note that should the amount of resort charges reach or exceed the incidental deposit; the guest may settle the amount through credit card or cash to keep the incidental deposit intact.

Travel Insurance
The travel insurance included in the room rate is a Personal Accident Insurance and not a Medical Insurance. All expenses including but not limited to testing, medical evacuation, and transportation to the nearest health facility that is related to COVID-19 or symptoms thereof, will be on the personal account of the guest.
Policy on Drones
Flying of drones to/above any El Nido Resorts property is not permitted for any individual whether employee or guests, non-resort tourists or local hobbyists. In the event that a drone crashed in any El Nido Resorts property or activity areas, the drone will be reported and turned over to El Nido/Taytay Police for their disposition.
Sustainability Policy
El Nido is an area of high biodiversity, do not attempt to touch/feed/harm/catch any of the animals roaming around the resort. The following items are prohibited at the resorts and beach clubs: spear guns or any kind of fishing gear, cooking or heating equipment, and perishable food items. Guests bringing any of these may be asked to leave the resort without refund. El Nido has a strict ordinance on the use of single-use plastics, please avoid bringing plastic bags, balloons, and toiletries in sachets. We encourage you to bring reef-friendly sunblock and natural insect repellent for your outdoor activities.
Payment Policy
50% deposit is required upon confirmation. Balance is required 21 days prior to arrival for High & Lean Season bookings and 61 days prior to arrival for Peak Period stays. Promotional offers (Advanced Purchase, Packages etc) are subject to different payment policies and terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, washdown of rooms, and shortened stays may incur the following penalties:
STAYS DURING OFF-PEAK PERIODS
21 Apr to 21 Dec 2025 / 6 Jan to 31 Mar 2026
- No penalty for cancellations made 22 days or more prior to check-in.
- One-night charge per room for cancellations made between 8 and 21 days prior to check-in.
- Forfeiture of Payment (No refund) for cancellations made 7 days or less prior to check-in.
STAYS DURING PEAK PERIODS
22 Dec 2025 to 5 Jan 2026 / 1 to 5 Apr 2026 / 22 Dec 2026 to 6 Jan 2027
- No penalty for cancellations made 61 days or more prior to check-in.
- One-night charge per room for cancellations made between 41 and 60 days prior to check-in.
- Forfeiture of Payment (No refund) for cancellations made 40 days or less prior to check-in.
Rebooking Policy

- PHP 400 per adult (14 years old and above)
- PHP 250 per child (13 years old and below).
- PHP 200 per adult (12 years old and above)
- PHP 160 per child (11 years old and below)
