Preferably with a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course.
With least 2 years of supervisory experience as an HR Generalist in a hotel or resort.
Highly organized, strong attention to details and with excellent written and communication skills
Preferably customer-oriented and able to interact well with all level in the organizaiton.
Self-starter and able to work well with minimal supervision.
Willing to be based in El Nido, Palawan.
